For the past 20 years Bob Kapp has provided leadership training and consulting seminars to many organizations. We was the editor of Vanguard Magazine and founding partner of Vanguard Ministries. Some of Bob’s mentors include John Maxwell and Charlie “Tremendous” Jones. Bon currently serves and Adult Ministries Pastor of The Ark Church in Conroe, TX.
