The night will start with a brief bio from each speaker, a few questions from the evening’s moderator, and then we will open up for Q&A from the audience. This will be an evening for interaction and provocative thought leadership and entrepreneurship from an accomplished panel.
Jeff Presnal is a Development Principal with Cypressbrook Company, a full service commercial real estate firm located in the Woodlands, Texas. Prior to joining Cypressbrook he owned and managed his own real estate consulting business providing development advice and construction management services to a variety of customers. Mr. Presnal also served as an Army Aviation Officer for nine years. He holds two degrees from Texas A&M and is the President of Armor of God Military Ministry. Mr. Presnal retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2005.
Rory Satterfield has 30 years’ experience in leading operations and manufacturing teams and managing projects related to the ROV industry. He graduated from The Naval Nuclear Power School in 1978 and spent the next 4 years onboard submarines and as a Navy scuba diver. In 2010 he was named the Vice President of Western Hemisphere, overseeing the management of five companies for Forum Energy Technologies and establishing a Support/Service facility in Macae, Brazil.
Charles moved to Texas in 2013 after serving as a Navy Submariner for almost 10 years. Charles holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Today, Charles consults for a top tier strategy firm where he uses his leadership experiences, business education and engineering background to create, structure and implement corporate strategies in the energy industry.
Bob Koenig, who had spent the previous 15 years as a performance improvement & leadership coach throughout North America, founded Andrew Coaching in 2004. Prior to coaching, Bob held a variety of senior leadership positions over a 14-year period with corporations in the Mining, Electrical and Gas Utility industries. Bob is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering (B.E.), both from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
